Dahl identified a need for a system that could more efficiently inform customers about their extensive product range, events, and campaigns, both nationally and at specific locations. In addition, the goal was to achieve a unified marketing appearance and increase upselling at the locations. The objective was to find a modern channel for suppliers’ installation videos and other materials that would replace traditional printed materials and reduce the need for suppliers’ representatives to visit locations to conduct various campaigns and train store personnel.
The solution chosen was iConnect’s Digital Signage system, which was best suited for multi-level and user-friendly content management and maintenance.
