Sponda Ltd owns, leases, and develops office, commercial, and shopping center properties in Finland’s largest cities and growth centers. Sponda is a portfolio company of Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative investment asset management firm.
Sponda wanted a Digital Signage solution that offers a faster, broader, and more cost-effective way to reach desired target groups. A key goal of the project was also to influence the customer service experience. The displays are used in Sponda’s properties in connection with lobby services, elevator lobbies, and stairwells. Content management is performed centrally as well as property-specifically. Contents are also published automatically from different data sources.
