U.Lipsanen Oy is a construction company focused on contracting, and it is part of the Lipa-Betoni group. The company specializes in the construction and renovation of public spaces, commercial, and industrial premises. Its headquarters are located in Naarajärvi, Pieksämäki, from where it serves clients across Finland.
The company has initiated a pilot project for internal communication targeting the workers at a construction site. Information displays were placed in the indoor spaces of the under-construction production facility and in the staff break areas. These displays facilitate communication among site managers, human resources, and management to communicate with the construction site personnel and subcontractors.
